TMN officially launches its new Creator Program campaign
At TMN, we have officially launched our new campaign to invite young people to join our Creator Program. This campaign marks an important milestone for us, as it comes after a year of intense work and the recent launch of our new platform. That’s why we want to share why this moment is so significant and what philosophy and values drive TMN. Let's explore this story together.
We know that the educational landscape is changing rapidly, and today’s youth demand practical, autonomous training that is connected to the realities of the industry. That’s why, at TMN, we have created a unique educational program specifically designed for young people between the ages of 16 and 24 who want to start their professional careers in the creative, cultural, and entertainment industries.
TMN was born with a clear mission: to advance the careers of young people in an innovative, practical way with real results. In less than a year, success stories prove the effectiveness of our approach. What makes TMN’s Educational Program unique?
There are several factors, all based on more than 20 years of experience working with our organization, Colectivo Piloto, with young people in Spain, the United States, and Latin America:
1. YOUTH VOICE
TMN gives a direct voice to young people. Here, the work is not created to be archived in a folder or an academic portfolio disconnected from the real world; it is professionally published in a credible media outlet, with editorial standards, bilingual (Spanish-English), and with international reach. This places our creators in a dynamic, professional experience that is connected to the industry.
2. MENTORSHIP
Our system is based on mentorship, not one-way teaching. The support is bidirectional: mentors also learn from the creators, transforming the experience into a plural, human, and dynamic ecosystem. Training at TMN is holistic and experiential: it does not follow conventional academic models, but is built from real-life experiences that spark purpose and creativity.
3. REAL WORLD LEARNING
TMN has developed a platform with interactive courses and educational content created by the students and mentors themselves. In this way, creators are directly involved in the process of creating educational materials. We offer content connected to real-world experience: photography told from practice, not theory; video broadcasting taught from mistakes, not rigid structures that limit experimentation, growth, and innovation.
4. REAL OPPORTUNITIES
TMN creators cover high-level events, where they not only learn on the ground but also build connections with industry professionals. This allows them to learn in real-time and access genuine opportunities to interact with experts who have years of experience in the industry, all in real-world situations, not in a classroom.
5. RECOGNITION
Our creators receive the TMN badge, which certifies the quality of their work under international standards. Additionally, they can join TMN's Talent Roster, a pool of creative talent that companies in the industry can access.
6. GLOBAL COMMUNITY
At TMN, "Erasmus" programs are not necessary. Our community is global. Young people from Spain, the United States, and Latin America work together, in both Spanish and English, united by their creative passion.
